Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time & charges

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal charge applies to orders below this value and to Cash on Delivery.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours, email care@cyangems.com and we’ll look into it.
